Kade went to the airport to pick up their new ranch hand. It would be good to have another single guy around. All his brothers had found their soul mates, gotten married and started having babies. And they were constantly razzing him about being the only one yet to find a wife. He didn't think his chances were very good considering the family ranch was out in the middle of nowhere. The closest town had one blinking light, a gas station convenience store, and not a whole lot else.Ryan worked harder than any man on her family ranch, putting in long hours and loving every minute of it. She's devastated when her father dies and her mother decides to sell. While Ryan could stay and work for her uncle, she figures she'd be better off elsewhere. So she answers an ad in the paper for a each hand and heads to Texas.
Kade is astonished to discover the new hand is a woman. He comes close to refusing to take her home with him and when he does he gives her a hard time at every turn. Mainly because he's attracted to her and has a difficult time keeping his hands to himself. But Ryan proves herself capable time and time again and they soon begin to grow close. So how does Kade convince her he's interested not because he needs a wife to inherit his share of the ranch, but because he's fallen for her hook, line, and sinker?
Love the Dalton boys. Was glad Kade finally got his happily ever after. Even though he and Ryan were both strong-willed and stubborn, determined to succeed, they were a perfect match for one another. Great read.

I loved Kades story so much!! It definitely took a strong woman to handle that sexy cowboy and Ryan was it. They were perfect for each other. She was a strong cowgirl who knew what she was doing on that ranch and that's what he needed. Strong passionate love, this was such a great story. The Dalton brothers are a great family and I love this series so much!!
I am a little bid hartsore to leave this family .... loved the all from book one ... em has done it again ... loved kade and ryan story .... ❤❤❤

This was sexy romantic story, just like his parents!! He was really shocked in the beginning and angry, though I feel he felt something for her right away, maybe that was the lust. Same with her, too. It's got to start somewhere, a good couple and baby on the way!!!!
I loved every single one of the Dalton series books. While they are classified as novellas, EM Petrova has captured a full novel size storyline into each book. The Dalton men will warm your heart.
I thoroughly enjoyed the series and believe the majority of readers will too. I just wish there were more brothers so the series could continue.
'Cowboy Rush' (The Dalton Boys Book 5) by Em Petrova is a great read. This is an excellent addition to this series. I loved reading about Kade and Ryan. Kade has definitely met his match in the form of the new ranch hand, who happens to be a girl named Ryan. There isn't a dull moment with these two. This story is full of humor, and passion. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, hot cowboys, and close families.
And Kade makes the 5th brother to find his special someone. When he went to pick up Ryan at the airport, he was expecting a man to be their newly hired ranch hand. Surprise! He is a she and comes power packed with a red headed temper and all. She tries to keep it down but her & Kade butt heads more than once. The sparks fly whether they are snipping at each other or loving on each other. Great read!
